Phander lake is situated in phander village,in koh-i-ghizer District,the westernmost part of the GILGIT-BALTISTAN region and northernmost territory of pakistan.this lake is an important source of fresh water.one of the most beautiful valley in the world.lush green wide flate and a dead river flowing across it.one can only imagine such a beautiful scenery.it is over famous for trout fish.there is a lake at the eastern end of the valley and above the lake on top of a hill,there are phander lake and there rest house which provide the best service for the tourist.the people of this valley are very simple,hard working and hospital.tourist guides and fishing helpers are always their available.it has its many forms which are changing by season to season and even form minute to minute such as sea looks bright blue in the morning but by noon it looks emerald green colors. when you there and you see the real natural beauty.
